Major absences, Kosovo's possible lineup for the match with Sweden

The Kosovo national team will play its second match of October tonight, facing Sweden at the Nya Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, starting at 20:45 PM.
Coach Franco Foda will have to deal with significant absences due to injuries and yellow cards. Florian Haxha and Lumbardh Dellova have been left out of the starting lineup, both due to injuries. Fidan Aliti will also not play in defense, suspended due to yellow cards, while Elvis Rexhbecaj is also missing in midfield, having suffered an injury in the match against Slovenia.
A positive piece of news for Foda is the return of midfielder Lindon Emërllahu, who is ready after suspension.
Possible formation of Kosovo:
Arijanet Muric will be the undisputed goalkeeper, while in defense the confirmed duo is Ilir Krasniqi - Albian Hajdari and a runoff for the third center back between Kreshnik Hajrizi, Leard Sadriu and Ron Raci. In the wings will be Mërgim Vojvoda and Dion Gallapeni.
The midfield duo are Leon Avdullahu and Veldin Hoxha in place of the injured Rexhbecaj, with the latter seen as having the advantage over Valon Berisha and Lindon Emërllahu.

Florent Muslija will be more advanced, while Milot Rashica is expected to start in attack alongside captain Vedat Muriqi.
Kosovo is expected to seek a positive result to strengthen its second position in the group standings and continue with a positive pace in these important qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup.
