Macedonian Minister meets NATO chief of operations: Our objective is membership in the North Atlantic Alliance

Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, announced that he hosted Blanca Hereza, acting chief of current operations, in a meeting, and they spoke about current developments in the Ministry of Defense and the Kosovo Security Force, as well as plans for the future.
The Macedonian writes in a Facebook post that Kosovo's objective is NATO membership.
"It was a special pleasure and honor to host Ms. Blanca Hereza, Acting Chief of Current Operations, Operations Division of the NATO General Staff.
On this occasion, I informed Ms. Hereza about current developments in the Ministry of Defense and the Kosovo Security Force, as well as plans for the future.
I underlined that we continue to coordinate and cooperate closely with KFOR and the NATO Advisory and Liaison Team (NALT), while I reiterated that our objective is NATO membership, so that our country and the KSF can continue to contribute even more strongly to maintaining stability and peace, and we are committed to this every day," writes Minister Maqedonci.
Otherwise, Hereza also met on Monday with the KFOR commander, Ozkan Ulutash.
This meeting focused on security in the region, while according to a KFOR announcement, the KFOR commander reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all people living in Kosovo. /Telegraph/
