Macedonia: Kosovo is building a coordinated approach between civilian and military institutions

Acting Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, participated in the plenary session of the US-Adriatic Charter (A5) Ministerial.
The Macedonian, through a post on the social network Facebook, wrote that during his speech he emphasized the commitment of the Republic of Kosovo to strengthening national stability and regional cooperation.
According to him, Kosovo is building a coordinated approach between civilian and military institutions, in accordance with NATO standards, to face crises, cyber threats and hybrid operations.
"I underlined that the terrorist attack of September 24, 2023 in Banjska clearly showed that our region continues to face threats and dangers instigated by state actors. The support of those responsible for this armed attack by state structures in Serbia is unacceptable and dangerous for the stability of the entire Western Balkans," he wrote.
The Macedonian further emphasized that Kosovo remains committed to transparency, cooperation and Euro-Atlantic values.
"We believe that only through regional coordination, joint exercises, cyber defense and political responsibility can we build a safer and more stable region. The Republic of Kosovo is ready to work with any partner who chooses the path of peace, responsibility and mutual respect." /Telegrafi/
