A large quantity of explosive devices - mines seized 15 years ago - will be destroyed tomorrow at the "Krivollak" training ground, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
"Today, police officers from the Criminal Police Department - Unit for Illicit Trade in Weapons, Dangerous Substances and Radioactive Materials, in coordination and cooperation with police officers from the Unit for the Detection and Dismantling of Explosive Devices and Equipment in the Department for Combating Organized and Serious Crime, based on a previously prepared plan, are undertaking appropriate measures and activities for the destruction of a large amount of explosive devices - mines. After 15 years, tomorrow, the explosive devices - mines from the "Gjorche Petrov" barracks to the "Krivollak" army range will be transported by ARM transport vehicles - trucks, where in the presence of the Commission for the destruction of weapons, parts and components of weapons, ammunition and explosive material, by police officers from the Unit for the Detection and Dismantling of Explosive Devices and Equipment in the Department for Combating Organized and Serious Crime, based on a previously prepared plan, are undertaking appropriate measures and activities for the destruction of a large amount of explosive devices - mines.
