Liverpool get the 'green light' for the sensational transfer of the Real Madrid star
Liverpool have received good news regarding their efforts to sign Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.
The English giant has been put on alert by the possibility of the French representative leaving the Spanish capital at the end of the season.
Los Blancos are looking to trim their squad ahead of new signings in 2025 and Tchouameni is seen as one of the players who could leave.
He could be a perfect fit at Liverpool, as they are already in the hunt for a defensive midfielder after failing to land Martin Zubimendi.
The latest update suggests that Liverpool have already received the 'green light' to submit a bid and open negotiations with Real.
According to a report from Football365, Tchouameni is said to have been annoyed by the boos that Real Madrid fans have given him this month.
The Reds will not meet Real's request to pay €100 million for his card, but a compromise deal is an option for both clubs./Telegraph/
