Liverpool are held to a draw at home by Fulham

Liverpool drew 2-2 at home against Fulham in the 16th week of the Premier League.

The first to take the lead were the guests who scored in the 11th minute through Andreas Pereira for the score 1-0.

In the 17th minute, Liverpool received a big blow after Andy Robertson was sent off with a red card.

This did not make the locals back down as in the 47th minute they managed to score 1-1 through Cody Gakpo who was assisted by Mohamed Salah.

Fulham scored again to restore the advantage, this time through Rodrigo Muniz who in the 76th minute made it 2-1.

A few minutes before the end of regular time, Liverpool found the way to the net again through Diogo Jotas, who in the 86th minute made it 2-2.

Until the referee's final whistle the nets remained untouched and so Liverpool equalized for the second week in a row after drawing against Newcastle United.

Liverpool still lead the table with 36 points, five more than Chelsea in second place who have 31 and play Brentford tomorrow (Sunday)./Telegraph/
