Liverpool in search of four trophies: Can the dream season come true?
With last night's victory over Tottenham Hotspur and a place in the Carabao Cup final, Liverpool remained in contention for trophies in four competitions this season.
After losing to Tottenham 1-0 in the first leg, the Reds defeated Spurs in the second leg last night with a 4-0 victory thanks to goals from Coady Gakpo, Mohamed Salah, Dominik Szoboszlai and Virgil Van Dijk.
Liverpool have thus qualified for the final of the League Cup, also known as the EFL or Carabao Cup, where they will play against Newcastle United on March 16.

However, this will be just one of the important duels ahead of Liverpool, who are currently leading the Premier League by six points ahead of second-placed Arsenal and with one game in hand.
Liverpool will play their remaining match on Wednesday against Everton, while in the next round they will host Wolverhampton at home.
The Reds also played well in the Champions League and by winning first place in the group stage have already secured a place in the round of 1 of Europe's elite club competition.

They will also have the chance for a fourth FA Cup trophy, where they will host Plymouth on Sunday in the round of 1 of this competition.
