Stuffed mushrooms: Interesting, tasty and easy dish!

Try this super recipe for stuffed mushrooms! - reports the Telegraph.
Ingredients:- 12 large mushrooms- olive oil,- small onions (finely chopped),- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped,- 3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts,- 1 tomatoes,- fresh chopped parsley,- a cup of rice,- salt and pepper to taste.Preparation:
Wash the mushrooms, separate the lower part (stalks) and chop.
Boil the rice. Fry garlic in olive oil, add small onions, chopped mushroom stalks, diced tomato to boiled rice.
Add salt and pepper to taste and add the chopped walnuts. Mix everything well and fill the mushrooms and arrange them in the pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Serve warm.
