Try this super recipe for Lenten Stuffed Mushrooms!

Ingredients:


– 12 large mushrooms
- olive oil,
– small onions (finely chopped),
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped,
- 3 spoons of chopped walnuts,
- 1 tomato,
- fresh chopped parsley,
– a cup of rice,
- salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Wash the mushrooms, separate the lower part (stalks) and chop. Boil the rice.

Fry garlic in olive oil, add small onions, chopped mushroom stalks, diced tomato to the boiled rice.

Add salt and pepper to taste and add the chopped walnuts.

Mix everything well and fill the mushrooms and arrange them in the pan.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Serve warm.
