Lawyer Skender Musa has warned that the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, may be accompanied by the Police to give testimony in the State Reserves case.

In Klan Kosova's "Rubikon", Musa says that according to the indictment, Kurti is called as a witness in this case, and if he refuses to give his testimony, he may consequently be obliged to appear in Court.

The lawyer also adds that if Kurti again refuses to appear in court, he could be sentenced to up to six months in detention.

"The court is obliged to summon [Kurti], if he does not appear in court, he will be escorted, if there is no result through escorting and he refuses to testify, detention for up to six months may be imposed, and in this regard I strongly believe, and I want to believe, that our country has the opportunity to oblige the prime minister as well, and to set an example by accompanying him to the police, even if he is the prime minister," said Musa.
