Latvian soldiers from the NATO-led KFOR Regional Command (RC-E) are conducting regular patrols in northern Kosovo and along the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL).
According to the official announcement, patrols are carried out in an impartial and continuous manner, aiming to increase situational awareness and support stability in the area.
"In this way, they contribute to ensuring a safe environment for all citizens in Kosovo," the KFOR statement states.
Such patrols are considered essential to maintain a visible military presence and support security throughout the RC-E area of responsibility.
