La Masia at its peak: Barcelona U19 wins three trophies in one season – A and women's team towards the same goal

While Barcelona's first team is chasing the dream of winning three trophies (or more precisely, two more major trophies left in the competition), another team within the club has already concluded a historic season.

We are talking about the Juvenil A team, the U19 team, which triumphed in the Youth League by defeating Trabzonspor with a score of 4-1.

This success comes after victories in the National Youth Cup (with a convincing 5-0 win over Real Zaragoza in the final) and in the championship, thus completing a golden treble for coach Juliano Belletti's men - yes, the same Belletti who decided the 2006 Champions League final against Arsenal.

The triple of youth that inspires the greats

While the youngsters have made history, now it's the turn of the top teams - like the men's team, led by Hansi Flick, which recently won the Copa del Rey, leads La Liga by four points over Real Madrid and is in the semi-finals of the Champions League, where it meets Inter.

Likewise, the Barcelona women's team, led by Pere Romeu, is on an excellent path: it leads the championship with a point advantage and one game less than Real Madrid, is in the Spanish Cup final against Atlético Madrid and also in the Champions League final, where they face Arsenal.

At all levels, the Catalan club is very close to a unique historic achievement, with all its competing teams fighting to win everything.

The rising talents of La Masia

Regardless of whether the big teams will make the dream come true or not, there is already something to celebrate: the extraordinary success of the young players of La Masia.

On their way to triumph, they have eliminated well-known names such as Dinamo Zagreb, Aston Villa, Stuttgart and AZ Alkmaar before the final with Trabzonspor.

This is a new golden generation, and many of the names that shone this season are expected to be part of big titles in the years to come. /Telegraph/
