The vote counting for the elections for the mayor of Shtime has been completed.
According to the official results of the Central Election Commission (CEC), the candidate of the Vetëvendosje! Movement (LVV), Qemajl Ali, has secured victory in the first round, passing the necessary threshold of 50 percent.
Russia all 33 polling stations processed (100%), Ali has taken 50,47% of the votes, which translate into 6,934 votes.
Following him is the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Ramusa Progress, me 37,13% (5,101 votes).
The results for the other candidates are:
Kastriot Shabani (LDK) – 11,78% (1,619 votes)
Rame Bislimi (AAK) – 0,62%
