In response to the statements we are reading these days about changing the state emblem, the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) proposes placing the lynx on the new emblem, as a well-known species, characteristic of our country.

The lynx as a symbol is found on the five-denar coin, on the national football team jersey and in many other countries and is protected by numerous international conventions.

The LDP says that if the lynx is placed, it shows a look to the future instead of "turning back and looking at the past."

"It is a symbol that will in no way resemble any neighboring country and will not create problems. Only uniqueness, uniqueness, innovation, freshness, future and self-protection are acceptable, such as the Balkan lynx, which originates from the Sharr Mountain, is a rare and protected animal and is one of our national state symbols," the PLD added. /Telegraph/
