Kurti from Munich: Investments in police and army are making Kosovo stronger and safer

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who is participating in the Munich Security Conference, told RTK that he is holding numerous meetings with various officials from European countries and around the world.
Kurti emphasized that in these meetings he aims to showcase Kosovo's achievements, but also other plans and objectives.
The Prime Minister also touched on the main theme of the conference this year, titled "Destruction," focusing on the consequences of Russian aggression in Ukraine and global threats. He praised Kosovo as a shining example of democracy, security, and regional development.
"When we are talking to international diplomats and politicians, we say that we do not have security challenges that can affect us from within. We have such from our northern and aggressive neighbors, but we are investing a lot, both in the police and the army, with European partners, to strengthen our capabilities and measures," Kurti told RTK.
The Prime Minister underlined that these investments and international cooperation are strengthening Kosovo, making the country a reference point for stability and security in the region.
During an interview from Munich, he congratulated the Kosovo Assembly for approving international agreements, noting that over one billion euros have been approved by the Central Bank and the European Council.
