The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has traveled to Germany where he will participate in the 62nd edition of the Munich Security Conference 2026 (MSC).

This was announced through a media release, which, among other things, states that in addition to participating in events organized within the MSC, the Prime Minister will also have bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the conference.


"The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has traveled to Germany where he will participate in the 62nd edition of the Munich Security Conference 2026 (MSC). In addition to participating in events organized within the framework of the MSC, the Prime Minister will also have bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the conference," the announcement states.

Otherwise, the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who was invited to the Munich Security Conference this year, has canceled her participation due to institutional commitments and internal priorities in the country.

The Presidential Media Advisor, Bekim Kupina, emphasized that the President is very grateful to the organizers for the invitation.

"However, due to institutional commitments and priorities related to developments within the country, she has decided not to participate this year," said Kupina.

The 62nd Munich Conference will be held from February 13 to 15, and will be attended by hundreds of world leaders, including countries from the region. /Telegraph/
