According to Krasniqi, Kurti does not have the parliamentary majority necessary to form a government, and this is the reason why the government formation process has been blocked, reports Telegrafi.

"It is shameful what is being done. The problem is that they do not have a parliamentary majority and do not have the numbers to form a government, Albin Kurti is holding the institutions hostage. This is truly unacceptable," said Krasniqi.

He further said that Kurti's personal failure to form a government and simultaneously become prime minister again is causing this blockade.

Kurti must change this candidate. He does not have the votes... He wants to leave his personal failure that he cannot make me prime minister as part of this blockade that he is doing intentionally. Either we must constitute the Assembly or we go to general elections", he said, among other things. /Telegrafi/
