The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports has published the Kosovo Creative Economy Strategy 2026–2035 on the public consultation platform.

Kosovo becomes the first country in the Western Balkans to draft a strategy specifically dedicated to the creative economy and industries.

"The strategy aims to harness the full potential of the creative sectors, empower talent, support entrepreneurship and strengthen the link between culture, innovation and economic development," the announcement says.

The Ministry emphasizes that public consultation is essential to ensure that the strategy reflects real needs and is shaped jointly by institutions, the private sector, civil society and creative professionals.

The public consultation is open until January 20, 2026, and citizens can register and address their comments through this link: rb.gy/4l1vfm /Telegraph/
