Kosovo and the United Arab Emirates have reached an agreement on the mutual recognition of driver's licenses between the two countries, an agreement which will facilitate the work and engagement of our citizens in the respective countries.

This was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Jelal Sveçla, through a post on the social network on Facebook, which was received today by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

He said that with Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan they talked about the possibilities of cooperation in other areas covered by the ministries.


"This meeting marked the achievement of the agreement on mutual recognition of drivers' licenses between the Republic of Kosovo and the United Arab Emirates, an agreement which will facilitate the work and engagement of our citizens in the respective countries.

We talked with His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan about the possibilities of cooperation in other areas covered by our Ministries and I take the opportunity to thank him again for his full readiness to support the Republic of Kosovo.

I thank the working teams of our two countries who with dedication managed to finalize the Agreement on mutual recognition of drivers' licenses which was signed today", Sveçla wrote on Facebook. /Telegraph/
