Kosovo Customs seizes undeclared goods in Vermica

During controls conducted in recent days at the Vërmica Border Crossing Point, customs officials in cooperation with the Border Police have discovered three cases of undeclared goods by travelers entering Kosovo.
In the first case, 327 pieces of protective foil for phones were found hidden in the trunk and in the spare tire.
In the second case, food products and vitamins for animals were discovered without corresponding invoices.
In the third case, undeclared cameras and static camera mounts were found.
Customs says that in all cases, the goods have been temporarily detained and procedures for customs violations have been initiated, based on the Kosovo Customs and Excise Code (KDAK).
Kosovo Customs appeals to citizens to declare their goods when crossing the border, to avoid legal penalties.
