Is the melody of "Kosovo Dance" stolen by Bulgarian artists?

Recently, Bulgarian singers Azis and Tsvetelina Yaneva have released their new collaboration titled "Havte".
The project comes with typical Balkan rhythms and a video clip shot in an airport, but what has caught the attention of the Albanian public is the song's melodic line.
The melody sounds very similar to the legendary hit "Valle Kosovare", the song by the late artist Shpat Kasapi.
This similarity comes at a time when the original Albanian song was experiencing a strong comeback in the international arena.
"Kosovo Dance" had gone viral on TikTok, being used in millions of videos by various users, including foreigners, just a few weeks before Shpat Kasapit's sudden passing.
It seems that this global trend has also attracted the attention of producers abroad, who have decided to use this melody in a new version for the Bulgarian market.
However, in the official credits of the song "Havte", produced by Costi, no reference is made to the authors of "Valles Kosovare" or to Shpat Kasapi. /Telegraph/
