Konjufca asked for his vote for the Government, Geci publishes the conversation: Kurti should delete the post and apologize, and let's talk as brothers

Former MP Gani Geci has stated that Vetëvendosje MP and former Speaker of the Parliament, Glauk Konjufca, called him the day before the first constitutive session of the Parliament to ask for the vote of his daughter, Marigona Geci, for the formation of the Kurti Government.

Geci made this statement on the Debat Plus show. According to Geci, the phone call with Konjufca took place on February 14, the day before the first constitutive session of the Parliament.

He said that Konjufca had asked him what he wanted in exchange for Marigona's vote.

"There is no now, but there was. From the LLV realtors. He is one of the VV deputies from the Prizren district. And the former speaker of the LVV Assembly, Mr. Glauk Konjufca, on the 14th, one day before the first session, called me on the phone. And he told me what he was asking for, to vote for us, for Margiona Geci to vote for Albin Kurti's government. And I told him I am not asking for anything, I am not selling my vote, I am not selling the 20 votes that Marigona Geci received in the LDK," said Geci.

During the communication, Geci said that he had asked Konjufca that acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti delete an earlier post and publicly apologize for it.

"But I demand that Kurti respond to the letter of my brother, Halil Geci, which he wrote on 09,10.2024, and publicly apologize, because Albin Kurti is playing the same role for the Geci family as Hashim Thaçi has played for 20 years. And for 5 years, Albin Kurti has been playing the role," Geci said on Debat Plus.

The post in question was about the mention of Abedin Rexha - Sandokan, where Kurti had written about his murder in the forests of Kllodernica on October 8, 1998.

The message that Geci had sent to Konjufca was: "First, delete me and apologize, and then come to the office and talk to your brother."

Konjufca immediately responded with a short message: "Thank you very much, Gani!".
