Klopp wants four new players at Real Madrid, also confirms stars who should leave

Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has reportedly drawn up a wish list if he takes over at Real Madrid next season. The German has not been in a managerial role since leaving Liverpool in the summer of 2024.
Los Blancos are currently overseen by former defender Alvaro Arbeloa, but results under the Spaniard have been inconsistent despite the club beating Benfica in the knockout stages to reach the last 16 of the Champions League.
They come off the back of a disappointing 1-0 home defeat to Getafe in La Liga on Monday, leaving them four points behind table leaders Barcelona with 12 games remaining.
As speculation over Arbeloa's long-term future mounts, according to Football 365Red Bull's Director of Football Klopp has emerged as a strong contender to succeed Arbeloa.
According to reports in the Spanish media, the German has requested four departures and the same number of new signings, including Rodri, who is said to be a 'non-negotiable' transfer.

Fran Garcia, Dani Ceballos, Franco Mastantuono and David Alaba are reported to be the four players set to leave.
As for new players, in addition to Rodri, Klopp would also like to target Dortmund centre-back Nico Schlotterbeck, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha and Juventus striker Kenan Yildiz, who is also a target for Liverpool.

However, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Klopp is "fully committed" to his current role at Red Bull and that there have been "no direct negotiations" from the Madrid board to bring the German to the team. /Telegraph/
