This is the bizarre moment when Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov starts doing "exercises" at the BRICS meeting, hoping to impress ministers - who will be "envious of the power he has".
The video taken from an informal meeting between Putin and the president of the Emirates of the United Arab Emirates at the BRICS Summit, where Kadyrov is seen leaning on two chairs trying to do exercises, reports the Telegraph.
But his attempt to gain attention went awry, as Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and other attendees didn't even take their eyes off him - leaving him in despair.
This is not the first time that Kadyrov, who is considered Putin's puppet, tries to show his "strength" after many rumors that his health is not good.
Kadyrov, in order to gain Putin's attention since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, has pledged to send numerous units to fight alongside the Russians. /Telegraph/
