The KFOR mission has strengthened its presence and patrols as part of regular training activities, in order to respond to any development that may affect security in Kosovo and regional stability.
Through its agile and flexible stance, KFOR continues to fully implement its mandate by contributing to a safe environment for all people in Kosovo, and freedom of movement, at all times, in an impartial manner and in close coordination with the Kosovo Police and EULEX.
KFOR continues to integrate its activities with the efforts of the wider international community, including supporting the EU-facilitated dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, and the Commander of this peacekeeping mission, Major General Ozkan Ulutaş, is in regular contact with his key counterparts.
