The voting process for the Extraordinary Parliamentary Elections is underway in Kosovo.

By February 9, even though regular elections had been held, no party had managed to form a majority, putting the country in a deadlock for over nine months.

Therefore, citizens have once again turned to the ballot boxes to determine who will lead the country for the next four years - while this is the fourth time that citizens have voted, counting the Local Elections and the runoff.

The Central Electoral Commission announced at a press conference at 08:00 that all polling stations opened on time, reports Telegrafi.

Now, the CEC website has made public the figures on how many people voted from 07:00 to 09:00.

According to the Commission, the turnout of citizens by 09:00 is 1.75 percent.

The municipality leading with the most exits so far is Ranillug, with 4.32 percent. /Telegrafi/
