Reports from Italy claim that Juventus have an agreement in place for the free transfer of Oscar Mingueza in June, but Bianconeri director Marco Ottolini has remained in Spain to negotiate a possible January transfer with Celta Vigo.

Spanish defender Mingueza is expected to become a new Juventus player, either during the summer or in the January transfer window.

According to Journal of Sport and TuttosportThe 'Bianconeri' have reached an agreement with the Celta Vigo defender for a four-year contract worth 1 million euros per season, almost double what Mingueza earns at the Spanish club, around 600,000 euros.

Now Juventus are trying to sign the 26-year-old in January, paying a lower fee to Celta Vigo.

Talks between the two clubs will continue over the next few hours, and reports suggest that the "Old Lady" will have to pay between 3 and 5 million euros to secure the defender's transfer in the winter transfer window.

Mingueza has scored one goal and provided three assists in 22 appearances in all competitions this season and has made four appearances for the Spanish national team.Telegrafi/
