Jose Mourinho and Granit Xhaka could finally reunite - Turkish giants ready to pay €17m

Continuing the transfer work in accordance with the instructions of Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho, Fenerbahçe made a move for Granit Xhaka.  

The Swiss star was previously on Galatasaray's transfer agenda. It is reported that the Albanian midfielder's agent and his club Bayer Leverkusen are in contact with Fenerbahçe's management.  

Also, the big Turkish club is in constant communication with the 32-year-old footballer and is ready to offer 17 million euros for the Albanian. 

It is said that the midfielder could be eager to join the blue and yellow club because of Jose Mourinho, who also wanted him at Roma. 

While it was said that Galatasaray is also in the process of transferring Xhaka, it is noted that Fenerbahçe is a step ahead.  

According to Turkish media, the "Canaries", who want to make a strong rotation in midfield, need a high-level name like Xhaka.
