The Kosovo Police has announced that the joint exercise planned to be held today in the evening hours (15:00 -21:00), together with the United States Embassy in Pristina, has already begun and is in its initial phase.
Depending on the information and scenarios prepared in the exercise, police units will be involved, starting from public order patrol units, rapid response units to elite special units of various profiles, which will use the necessary logistical tools and equipment for police actions depending on the situation and circumstances presented.
"We ask for full cooperation and understanding from citizens, and in particular from traffic participants, to avoid traffic in the area around the American Embassy in Pristina - Arbëria neighborhood at this time, due to the development of the exercise and the temporary interruption of traffic on several road segments in that area," the Kosovo Police announced.
