Actress Jessica Alba and producer Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, two years after announcing their separation.

According to court documents filed Friday, the former partners have reached an agreement on the division of property and custody of their three children.


The documents say Alba and Warren have waived their right to mutual alimony.

However, Warren will receive $3 million from Alba to equalize the division of assets.

The actress will pay this amount in two installments of $1.5 million each - the first immediately and the second within a year.

The couple, who have three children - daughters Honor Marie and Haven Garner and son Hayes Alba - ended their relationship in 2024.

In January of last year, Alba filed for divorce after 16 years of marriage and a total of 20 years of cohabitation.
