Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are in dispute over the sale of their tens of millions mansion

Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, actor Ben Affleck, are reportedly in a dispute over how to handle the sale of their Beverly Hills, California, marital residence, which has been on the market for nearly nine months.

According to sources for TMZ, Affleck has expressed his willingness to lower the price of the mansion to get it off their hands as soon as possible, while Lopez is still hoping to find a buyer who will pay the full price.

There has reportedly been no serious interest in the property since the beginning of the year. The couple finalized their divorce in January.

The former couple put the villa up for sale in July 2024, after previously attempting to sell it discreetly.

According to reports, they had accepted an offer of $64 million last September, but potential buyers pulled out of the deal before finalization.

Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, originally purchased the property – which includes 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms – for $60.85 million in June 2023, almost a year after they secretly married in Las Vegas. /Telegraph/
