One of the Western Balkans policy experts, Dusan Janic, has said that in March or April the United States of America will present a document for mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia.

He added that the document in question will not be non-paper, and this has frightened the Serbs.

"So, in April, at the latest in May, the draft agreement on mutual recognition was presented by the United States of America," Janiqi stated on the DLZ podcast.

"Let someone explain it to me, even though they don't have to explain anything to me, because I talked to Djuric and never again..."

"What has the administration done, and who is the Minister of Foreign Affairs? What has he done in Washington if he doesn't have this text in his hands that has been in the making for a long time?"

"I'm telling you that the document will be presented in March or April, which is why they are afraid, because when we chose the method of appointment, we called it non-paper."

"They are afraid of this like a snake when it sees a frog. This will not be a non-paper and is being worked on seriously at the highest levels. And one of the points is mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia."
