Basha: It is not our responsibility to fulfill the wishes of other parties, the proposal for candidates is ours

Vetevendosje Movement MP Dimal Basha has said that LDK is conditioning a possible coalition by demanding the inclusion of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), which is unacceptable for Vetevendosje.

"Kurti has made an offer to the LDK to make an agreement for the Assembly and the Government. But the LDK has refused. I must ask the LDK why they are refusing to come without the PDK. For us it is unacceptable. We reject any offer that includes the PDK," Basha declared.

He also emphasized that the Vetëvendosje Movement will not compromise on the proposed name for Speaker of the Assembly.

According to Basha, this is a clear decision of the party and there will be no concessions.

"The proposal is ours and we do not compromise. I hope that the Constitutional Court will respond as soon as possible to the AAK request and our request for vote theft by the LDK," he said.

He also said that it is not their responsibility to fulfill the wishes of political parties.

"If we were to block the vice-presidents, you would have told us why you were blocking them. We proposed to vote for the president and vice-presidents as a package," Basha said, among other things. /Telegrafi/
