Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes arrested citizen SM, 56 years old, a doctor by profession, after he appeared in footage broadcast on the investigative show "Stop", sexually harassing a female citizen.
Meanwhile, a few minutes after the broadcast of the show, the Healthcare Services Operator announced the immediate dismissal of doctor Sinan M, of Health Center No. 10.
This measure came for a serious violation of professional ethics, following the publication of footage on the show "STOP", showing inappropriate actions and communications in the Center's premises.
The decision was made in accordance with the Labor Code and the Internal Regulations of the institution. A citizen initially went to a pharmacy near the center due to some concerns, where she met the doctor in question, who invited her to the health center for a more complete check-up.
On the first visit, the doctor was approachable, asking the citizen about her private life, marital status, and origin. On the second visit, he continued with behavior that went beyond the professional doctor-patient relationship.
On the third visit, his behavior escalated into overt and repeated sexual harassment. The doctor made lewd comments, physically harassed her, made sexual advances, and undressed in the state office.
