Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK) on Friday published an audio recording between Fatmir Sheholli, who was arrested for espionage, and two other people.

According to sources "Oath for Justice", in this audio recording it is said to be MP Duda Balje and a person named Amir Rrustemović.

"Oath for Justice" called Amir Rrustemović, who told "Oath for Justice" that he and MP Duda Balje are in this audio recording.

Journalist: According to our sources, you are in that audio recording together with Duda Balaj. Can you confirm?

"Yes, even with Fatmir Sheholli," he said.

When asked what was discussed at this meeting, Rrustemović said that he could not speak, as according to him, he is a state person.

"Madam, I am a statesman, I have been with the state for 25 years, I can't just talk on the phone, I am not a fraudster or someone else, I am also (unintelligible) from the authorities," he said, without indicating what position he holds when he says he is a state person.

Furthermore, when asked about his relationship with Duda Balje, he again does not reveal what his relationship is with the MP.

"For Duda (hahaha). Oh my god, what can I do, there are not many words," he said.

"Oath for Justice" has also called MP Duda Balje several times, but she has not been available. She has not even returned a message.

Regarding when this meeting took place and what else was discussed at this meeting, Rrustemović says it is a secret.

"Here is a secret, it is a secret, it is a secret. A question worth a million euros," he continued.

Otherwise, according to the public broadcaster's reporting, the audio recording proves Sheholli's connections with the Serbian List, which says it has good relations with Milan Radoićić.

"I have extremely great support from the Serbian List, in everything. It's quite strange in public opinion, but on the other hand... I'm opening up here with you so you know who...", Sheholli is heard saying.

"Well done, well done," says Sheholli's interlocutor on the other end.

"My great friend is Milan Radoićić, my great friend, he is also their friend. Take what is happening, what they are talking about with a grain of salt, don't talk about it the way you have been talking about it so far...", Sheholli continues, among other things.

On the other hand, the Special Prosecution has filed a request for the imposition of a detention order at the Basic Court in Pristina against Fatmir Sheholli, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "Espionage".

A day earlier, Sheholli was arrested in Pristina, in an action by the Police and Prosecution, also assisted by the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.

The hearing to determine the security measure for Sheholli will be held at 13:00 PM at the Basic Court in Pristina, Special Department. The hearing is expected to be closed to the public.
