The wife of the famous singer, Shpat Kasapi, Selvije Jao, has spoken for the first time after his sudden departure from life.
In a heartfelt statement, she expressed her pain and respect for her husband.
"And I am sincerely sorry to come here today to speak to you about the change in the life of my husband, a wonderful father, a wonderful artist with many virtues, a very modest artist," she said.

Selvije also shared the special connection she had with the artist from Tetovo.
"A man who, like Selvije, has completed me, supported me, respected me and loved me, above all, has given me a son like Drita."
She also mentioned their son, Roelin, who is only 3 and a half years old.
"He still doesn't understand that he doesn't have his father and I don't know how he will grow up with this and I don't know who will tell him. But I know that he is very proud of his father, he loved Shpatin very much and he was dedicated until his last breath that Roel has everything good."
