In October 2025, 446 construction permits were issued, which is 22,9 percent more than in the same month last year, according to data from the State Statistical Office.
According to the construction permits issued, the estimated value of the buildings is 10,596,843 thousand denars, which is 25,1 percent more compared to the same month of the previous year. The increased value is due to the fact that during the reference period, a permit was issued for the construction of the A2 State Road, Bukojcan-Kërçovë axis, phase one, under the 6,527 km long Cervicë-Kërçovë axis, which has a value of 44 million euros.
Of the total number of construction permits issued, 289 (64,8%) are dedicated to high-rise buildings, 68 (15,2%) to low-rise buildings and 89 (20,0%) to buildings for reconstruction.
Out of a total of 446 facilities, 247 (55,4%) have natural persons as investors, while 199 (44,6%) of the facilities have business entities as investors.
In the reporting period, the construction of 1,177 apartments is planned, with a total area of 101,286 m2.
