304 construction permits were issued in November last year, which is 16,9 percent more compared to the same month last year, the State Statistical Office announced today.

According to the construction permits issued, the estimated value of the buildings is 5.400.888.000 denars, which is 27,1 percent more compared to the same month of the previous year.


The Skopje region has issued the most construction permits - 110, followed by Polog - 55, Vardar - 36, and Southwest - 29.

Of the total number of construction permits issued, 208 (68,4 percent) are dedicated to high-rise buildings.
The construction of 761 apartments is planned, of which 427 in the Skopje Region, 113 in the Eastern Region, 82 in the Southwestern Region, 79 in the Pelagonia Region, 38 in the Polog Region, 15 in the Vardar Region, 4 in the Southeastern Region and 3 in the Northeastern Region.

34 permits were granted for low-rise construction facilities, while 62 were granted for reconstruction facilities.

For 162 (53,3 percent) of the properties, natural persons are presented as investors, while for 142 (46,7 percent) of the properties, business entities are the investors.

"In the reporting period, the construction of 761 apartments is planned, with a total area of ​​67.767 square meters," the State Statistical Office announced.
