Baraliu: If the Constitutional Court's ruling is not implemented, the consequences are irreparable

University professor Mazllum Baraliu, following the Constitutional Court's ruling regarding the constitution of the assembly, said that it is the last moment for political parties to end the, as he called it, theatrical game.
Baraliu said that political parties should take the Constitutional Court's ruling as a warning and an ultimatum to be conscientious about constituting the assembly within 30 days.
"This string of political jargon in the same positions not only makes no sense but should be stopped by each side as they are interpreting it in their own way, but the truth is that if the decision is properly analyzed, the main message, spirit and main mandatory recommendation is that these people should sit down and come to an agreement."
"If they don't implement it, everyone will be compromised, because for years they have been pointing the finger at each other for not implementing the Constitution and violating it. Now, after this, if they don't implement this decision, the consequences are irreparable and they have nothing to say to each other because they will be violating the Constitution with both feet," Baraliu said in Klan Kosova.
Furthermore, he said that he hopes that tomorrow the political parties, at the meeting called by the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, will come up with a common position and find a solution.
"I hope they have understood the message of this court's decision and tomorrow they will have a common position to find a solution, that is, to vote for the president and vice-presidents, not to hinder the other side, and to constitute the assembly," he said.
