Prime Minister Edi Rama, during his speech at a meeting with residents of unit no. 3 in Tirana, spoke about the incident in Rinas where two people were killed.
Rama emphasized that if there had been intelligent cameras on the road, the incident would have been revealed in real time.
"If we had that system in place, the Rinas incident that happened would have been revealed in real time. But the problem is not the revelation, the problem is that once that system is functioning, it prevents, as has been shown by the case in the Emirates or other countries that have such systems, it warns in an extremely efficient manner of all types of violations related to order, peace and security," Rama said, euronews.al reports.
