Michael Durkee, during his testimony in The Hague, said that he had not seen any evidence that the acts of violence in Kosovo during the summer of 1999 were directed by the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).

However, Durkee said there have been cases where there have been suspicions about their involvement in these acts, reports "Oath for Justice".

"There were cases where there were suspicions of the involvement of the KLA leadership. I don't recall seeing any concrete evidence personally that these were acts of violence directed by the KLA. I reported whatever I heard to General Clark," Durkee said.

In addition, Durke stated that these cases were more sporadic cases.

"But, these were more sporadic cases that happened on base," Durkee said.

This concludes today's hearing in this court case, to continue again with the testimony of this witness, which is expected to conclude tomorrow.
