"I come from Kosovo, I know what occupation is", Albulena Fazliu tells why she joined the ships that set off for Gaza

Israeli forces have stopped ships carrying foreign activists and aid to Gaza.
It is learned that among the activists from over 40 countries around the world is also the Albanian from Kosovo, Albulena Fazliu.
It was initially reported that she had been detained by the Israeli army.
While now Collective for Feminist Thought and Action has issued a new statement, saying that Albulena may be on a ship that has not yet arrived in Gaza.
Otherwise, a video has recently been circulating where the Albanian herself explains the reasons that prompted her to head towards Gaza.
"My name is Albulena Fazliu and I am a refugee. Born in the 90s in a small occupied country, known today as Kosovo, I know what occupation really means," Fazliu starts the video.
“In fact, one of my earliest memories as a child was crossing borders in the middle of the night with my family to escape persecution. They shaped my life, my values and my identity, and taught me the importance of solidarity in the face of crisis.”, she continues.
"As the world witnesses the crimes and atrocities against humanity committed by the Zionist state, I cannot help but feel a deep sense of despair, as many words have been spoken, yet so far nothing has been done by world leaders," the Albanian woman adds.
As thousands of Palestinian children die buried under collapsed buildings or left to starve for the world to see, I wonder what they think of this world. A world that chose to be silent. As people of the world, the children of Palestine are our children and we cannot be silent. Today I am leaving my family, my friends and my safe life to defend what I believe is an absolute and universal right, that no child in this world deserves to be intentionally killed.”, declared Albulena.
"No one is free until Palestine is free", she ends the video.
Otherwise, the flotilla is the most high-profile symbol of opposition to Israel's blockade of Gaza. /Telegraph/
