Enver Hoxhaj, from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, said that he was not previously aware of Memli Krasniqi's resignation from the position of chairman of this political entity.
On the "Rubikon" show on Klan Kosova, he claimed that it was an unexpected and unforeseen development.
"I had no information, it was an event that I understood through the media and through journalists' questions about whether it could happen, as there was a meeting of the PDK Presidency. He warned us that it was an important meeting."
"I was on my way, because I was in Tirana, when the PDK Presidency meeting was held. I thought there would be a debate about what was happening with the voting in Mitrovica, where we were with our complaint to the ECAP, and whether we could restore Mitrovica. This was the expectation I had. It was unexpected, unforeseen news, a big surprise, which certainly caught many people by surprise," said Hoxhaj.
