Dermatologist Dafina Krasniqi, in the podcast "Health First", talked about skin types, how to maintain it, acne treatment, etc.
Krasniqi also spoke about the use of Botox, which has been trending recently.
"Botox is a protein that is used to prevent deeper wrinkles and blocks muscles... It is best not to apply it at a young age...", she said.
Dr. Krasniqi further emphasized that Botox is recommended to be applied after the age of 45, but in small amounts so that it "does not go away on its own."
"It is recommended to apply after the age of 45, but not excessively... in small amounts, so that we can't even wash our face...", she said.
Dermatology Krasniqi also spoke about whether there may be side effects from applying Botox.
"There are side effects when it's done by incompetent people... with one day of training you can't apply Botox...", the doctor continued.
