Hermès's review has just confirmed the biggest trend of the year: Discover new pieces that exude quiet luxury

The fuchsia color is back, but so are many other unexpected pieces.

The spring-summer 2025 collection was characterized by transparent mesh pieces, from trouser sets to skirts and tunics, skillfully layered in one shade for a monochromatic look.

Not only was the presence of transparent fashion pieces noticeable, but also the masterful styling that gave off a sophisticated atmosphere.

Neutral leather jackets, skinny belts, and classic bags brought a strong note to these transparent pants and shirts, creating a balance between light and more intense elements.

Among other key pieces, among the collection's warm neutral colors, we highlight wooden-soled sandals, elegant cowboy boots, and a refreshing shade of fuchsia, reports Telegraph.

Discover below the three main trends for 2025.

The dominance of transparency

While sheer materials are nothing new (Saint Laurent announced them all), these pieces flooded the runways last month. With significant support from Hermès, it became clear: tulle and transparency will be the biggest trend of 2025.

Thin belts

Layering and tones were the two main style elements of this collection, achieved through the use of thin belts around the waist. Hermès belts are already a customer favorite and the introduction of this new model with elegant metal buckles is sure to cause a stir come spring, when they become available.

A touch of fuchsia

Overall, the color palette of this collection was defined by warm tones of camel, beige, and burgundy, but a vibrant fuchsia appeared midway through the show. Five models wore this intense color, and although it was very saturated, unlike the subtle pinks seen at the New York and Milan shows, it was another sign that pink could replace red as fashion's favorite color next season.

And finally – how could we miss the new bag designs? The Birkin and Kelly models had a prominent place on the runway, and Hermès introduced 11 new bag silhouettes for spring/summer, including elegant totes, classic bags and woven baskets.
