Hazelnut Cake: Quick Last Minute Recipe!

Creamy dessert that will delight all your senses

Ingredients:

- 5 egg,
- 100 g of sugar,
- 40 g cocoa powder,
- 2 spoons of flour,
- a little salt,
– spices (cinnamon, nutmeg),
- butter for greasing the pan.


Per thread:

- 250 ml of sweet cream,
- 100 g of dark chocolate,
– vanilla flavor.

For the glaze:

- 100 g of milk chocolate,
- 20 g of butter
- 50 g of roasted and coarsely ground hazelnuts.

Preparation:

First, let the chocolate melt while stirring the cream. When the chocolate has cooled a little, mix it with the cream and add vanilla flavoring. Put it in the fridge to cool.

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees, meanwhile put baking paper on the baking sheet. Grease the edges of the pan with a little butter, where the paper can't stretch well, so that the cookie doesn't stick there.

Beat the egg whites and add a third of the sugar and make stiff snow.

Beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar and add the cocoa, salt, spices and flour and mix. Then slowly add the egg whites, taking care not to "press" the composition too much.

When you put it all together, put it on the baking sheet and bake for about 7 minutes.

As soon as you take the crust out of the oven, roll it out on a clean, damp kitchen towel, and roll the basque around with the towel. That way it will stay elastic.

When it cools down, remove the thread and twist it again. Melt the chocolate with butter and add the chopped hazelnuts, then pour the glaze on the cooled roll.
