The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, congratulated the citizens on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the state's independence.
Haxhiu said that today and every other day, we honor all those who gave their lives for the freedom of Kosovo.
"Today we mark the 18th anniversary of the Independence of Kosovo, perhaps a new Republic, but not so new to understand that freedom requires daily commitment.
