Haxhiu raised suspicions that Serbia organized the prison escapes, the jurists criticize him

It is not yet known when the body of Faton Hajrizi will be returned to Kosovo, while it has not been confirmed whether such a procedure has started. And, regarding his execution in Serbia, there was also a statement from the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, who said that the last escapes from prisons were organized by Serbia to damage the legal order in Kosovo. But, for this statement, Haxhiu has been criticized.

The body of Faton Hajrizi, the fugitive from Kosovo who was killed by the Serbian Police, still remains in this country.

At least there are no official statements about the initiation of procedures for his body to be brought to Kosovo.

The television has sent questions to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but this institution has not yet returned an answer.

However, according to those familiar with the legal circumstances, there is a practice through which his body can be returned to Kosovo.

"The return of the body of Faton Hajrizi to Kosovo will be carried out through an official communication between the liaison office of Kosovo in Belgrade and I think that this form of communication will return the body of Faton Hajrizi to Kosovo because we do not have a mutual agreement on international legal cooperation with Serbia", said the lawyer, Asdren Bytyqi.

"It will not affect or have implications because we do not have direct diplomatic relations, but this will be done through EULEX or the Red Cross and I believe that very soon his corpse will come to his homeland", he said. said security expert, Avni Islami.

Not from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but the one that runs the Ministry of Justice, reacted with an article on Facebook.

Albulena Haxhiu said that the information these days was contradictory, so according to her, it is not possible to know for sure whether Hajrizi was killed.

She has raised allegations that some of the recent escapes from prisons in Kosovo have a hand in criminal groups from Serbia, which are connected to the government in Belgrade.

"Such support is definitely intentional, organized and related to the goal of harming the public, constitutional and legal order of the Republic of Kosovo. Offering the territory of Serbia as a shield against the prosecution of the criminal bodies of our Republic serves the crime and openly contributes to the violation of the institutional and legal stability of the Republic of Kosovo. The systematic frequency of these cases in this period has no other meaning than the aggressive political goal of our northern neighbor", said Haxhiu.

But this statement is criticized by the lawyer, Asdren Bytyqi. He sees this as Haxhiu's tendency to shift attention away from the responsibility that institutions have for escapes.

"It is a statement which tends to eliminate the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice at a time when citizens are trying to find the culprit for the murder of the prisoner, Faton Hajrizi in Serbia", said Bytyqi.

Faton Hajrizi, 14 days after he escaped from Smrekonica prison in Vushtrri, was killed by the Serbian police in Lloznica, Serbia, after the Serbian authorities claim that he was the person who killed a Serbian policeman and injured another, on Thursday./Dukagjin/
