The Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, has informed the deputies about the decree of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on the dissolution of the Tenth Legislature and its entry into force upon its signing.

In an official letter to the members of Parliament, Speaker Haxhiu attached the presidential decree.

She also attached to the deputies the registration of the request with number K.068/26 of the Constitutional Court made by the Speaker of the Assembly and nine (9) deputies of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo regarding the assessment of the constitutionality of the "Procedure for the election of the President of the Republic of Kosovo".
