'Haxhia' from the Bashkallajk series tells interesting stories from the series and his life

Actor Muzbajdin Qamili was the next guest on the PodGo show on Telegrafi Makedonija, to talk about the series Bashkallajk, his private life and new personal projects.
Qamili said that the series Bashkallajk is embodying the behaviors and situation of two families, in Tetovo and Prishtina. "This is us, this is how we live. Maybe we sometimes use hyperbole or even exaggerate, but this is how a Tetovo family lives," he said when asked about the representation of the Tetovo family in the series.
Regarding his future projects, he said he doesn't reveal many details as he is working on an idea that he won't share more information about, but that he calls this project a dream.
Regarding culture in Macedonia, he said that more importance should be given to professionals when it comes to financing projects and not giving everyone a little bit. "Those who know how to make art should receive enough funds, not everyone a little bit and the results are not satisfactory," said Qamili.
When asked about the meaning of his name "Muzbajdin" and who named him, he said that his grandmother gave him the name and that it was a name that was kept by her brother who lived in Turkey, after fleeing Macedonia due to pressure from Ranković's government.
Qamili also spoke about traffic in Tetovo, saying that driving in Tetovo should be improved so that people can move around more easily and safely. /Telegraph/
